Pre-intro

The alliance between the Straw Hats, Franky Family, and Galley-La is made. Luffy and Zoro's strongest combination technique, Gomu Gomu 300 Pound Cannon plows through Aqua Laguna and Rocketman continues its path to reach Puffing Tom.

On the rooftop of Puffing Tom, Sanji speaks to Luffy on the Den Den Mushi to report his progress. Because Robin was still in the hands of CP9, Luffy grants Sanji permission to go on ahead. Knowing their strength, Zoro is concerned about Sanji being alone so close to CP9, but Luffy convinces him that he'd probably do the same and not wait for any aid to rescue Robin. Sanji crushes the Den Den Mushi handset as thoughts about Robin strengthens his resolve. Usopp did not wish to be involved with the battle against the World Government, so he leaves Sanji and Franky behind.

A marine soldier climbs to the top of the train after hearing a disturbance. After briefly discovering the pirates on board, the marine is knocked into the water by a mysterious pellet of metal. With a tone of bravery hidden in his voice, the valiant SogeKing appears and states his resolve to rescue Robin from the clutches of the World Government!

Post-intro

SogeKing, Usopp's alter-ego. Concealed by a mask and covered by a cape, it was in Usopp's heart to save Robin afterall.

Sanji, Franky, and SogeKing discusses the operation to save Robin. Meanwhile back in Rocketman, the Galley-La foremen and Zambai are overwhelmed by Nami changing her clothes just meters away. Luffy, Chopper, and Zoro appear with new wardrobes as well. Luffy insists on sticking the leftover meat in his new side pockets...

Nami introduces her new weapon after having it noticed by Zoro. Built with three dials from Skypiea fixed on the ends of her Clima Tact is Usopp's final creation, the Perfect Clima Tact!

Sanji, Franky, and SogeKing prepare for the rescue operation, starting their search with the last car, Car #7. At the same time, the marines are searching for them inside. A mysterious knock is heard from the door... then the door opens. Behind the door are Sanji, Franky, and SogeKing, and with a nice greeting they quickly close the door before the marines fully realized what was going on. As the call for reinforcements is made, a vast number of marines and agents gather to surround the door. SogeKing quickly patches the door before any of the marines could break through. Car #7 is now completely filled with marines and agents, who prepare to capture the criminals that they were looking for.

Understanding that killing the criminals by shooting at the door was not a good idea, Captain T-Bone steps up with his own method to catch them. With his heavy blade, he slices the whole door perfectly. The door flies out into the sea, but no one is there. Bewildered, Captain T-Bone climbs to the roof and spots the three - on the roof of Car #5. Realizing it was a trap, he commands the soldiers to return to the front cars. As soon as he ends his order, the door behind them is shut. The word is quickly spread, but their actions were too late. They looked out the window and discover that the two cars were detached. Sanji throws the giant chain into the sea and continues forward. As he does, he conveniently opens the door as an agent from Car #5 attempts to ram through it.

The trio unleashes a barrel of techniques against the remaining agents of Car #5, until the big guns are brought out. Sanji and SogeKing witness what Franky really is as he continues forward against the gunshots. Franky quickly takes care of them with one arm, clearing the last agents of the car.

Sanji and SogeKing learn more about Franky and his being as a cyborg, while also discovering his one weakness: his back. They continue onward to Car #4.

In Car #4, they're quickly greeted by a strange presence. Skating around with a food cart, his appearance is surprising. White hair, goggles, eyes mounted on stalks, curls on his cheeks, an ominous smile with two large front teeth. He's Wanze, a cook with the appearance of a mad scientist. Without any sound from the three, Wanze chatters on and on, and eventually demonstrates his ability to create Ramen through his nose.

Sanji finds out that this was a complete waste of time. After politely telling Wanze that they're off to rescue someone, Sanji is halted as Wanze declares a fight with them. Wanze quickly provokes SogeKing and Franky to no end, mocking and dodging without flinching. Sanji, trying to calm the two down steps up to take Wanze out and save time. Being provoked himself, Sanji leaps to kick in rage, but Wanze dodges yet another attack while keeping a straight smiling face. They realize that the person they're dealing with is very awkward, but also very strong. Sanji orders SogeKing and Franky to go on to the next car while he deals with Wanze. The battle between two fighting cooks commences!
