The Scenes of Action
In this section you'll find all the different places where the story takes place. Be it villages or cities, islands or the continent, populated or unpoluted places, if it is a location where the story was taking place it´s in here. If you however are interested in the environmental specifics of the world itself then check the One Piece World.
In order to avoid confusion about the list below let us say a couple of words in advance. There are many places that the Straw Hat Pirates have been to so far, but there's also many places none of them has every been to. So in order that we don't through them in alltogether each section will make the clear difference between places visited by a Straw Hat Pirate so far and those that haven't. Whether one character already was part of the crew or not when he/she's been to a specific place is irrelevant here. They all count the same. The Voyages of the Straw Hat Pirates however will feature those just places where the crew has been to only.
Note: There´s also those places that were never given a name. The name´s they have here a not the real names but just made up by myself in order to have a reference point.
Places
Blue Sea
East Blue
Going by what Mihawk said when he first met the Straw Hat Pirates East Blue is the weakest of the four Blue´s. And it is the one of them about which has been shown the most so far. This is of course because the story starts there. All of the places that have been shown of East Blue are listed below. Those that have been visited by the any of the Straw Hats and those that weren´t so far.

Since Luffy himself comes from East Blue and meets Zoro, Nami, Usopp and Sanji here, there are some places in East Blue that were visited by a Straw Hat Pirate. They list as follows:

West Blue
It is not clear how weak or strong West Blue is actually. But since East Blue is the weakest of the four Blue´s it´s clear that West Blue is stronger then this one. The little amount of West Blue places that have been shown or mentioned so far are listed below.

Unlike East Blue West Blue is not place where the Straw Hat Pirates were traveling so far. However right now the manga is telling Nico Robin's past which took place in West Blue. Which gives this sea a little bit of a familiar flair. The only known place that falls under that category so far is:

North Blue
It is not clear how weak or strong North Blue is actually. But since East Blue is the weakest of the four Blue's, it's clear that North Blue is stronger then this one. The little amount of North Blue places that have been shown or mentioned so far are listed below.

So far there's no place been introduced that was visited by any of the Straw Hat Pirates. However Sanji himself said that he comes from North Blue so it is clear that there must be at least one place he's been to there. That's all the information that exists about it for now. It that should change at some point, it'll be mentioned here.

South Blue
It is not clear how weak or strong South Blue is actually. But since East Blue is the weakest of the four Blue's, it's clear that South Blue is stronger then this one. The little amount of South Blue places that have been shown or mentioned so far are listed below.

Calm Belt
Judging from the maps shown so far it appears that there are islands within the Calm Belt however not a single one of them has been mentioned so far. However since the Straw Hat Pirates went into the Calm Belt for a short period it counts as a place they've been to.

Red Line
Since the Red Line is a continent it is very likely that there's lots of places where people live. However not a single one of such places has been shown nor was anything about such places mentioned so far. So there's also the possibility that the entire Red Line is unpopulated. Hopefully something more will be explained about it at some point.

Grand Line
The Grand Line is the main area where the story takes place. It is the most dangerous sea in the world because of the climatic conditions and because of all the strong people that live there or sail this sea. Also the World Government seems to have mostly present on this area of the world and even the Marine Headquarters seems to be based there somewhere. All in all there's many places that have been shown in the Grand Line so far, both such that have been visited by the Straw Hat Pirates so far and those that weren't.

Sky Sea
White Sea
The White Sea is the first place the Straw Hat Pirates arrived on their journey to the sky. It is called White Sea because unlike a normal sea that consists of water, this sea is made up by clouds. The sea clouds of the White Ocean seem not to be as dense as the sea clouds in the White White Sea. Usopp fell right through the clouds while he was trying to take a swim in them. It seems that ships don´t have trouble to drift on White Sea clouds though.
The White Sea itself is the lower sea of the Sky Ocean. It is 7000 meters above the ground. And because of that the air is very thin there which gave the Straw Hat Pirates some difficulties at their first encounter with the natives there. So far it hasn´t been shown that the White Sea is used by the people of the sky for anything else then just navigating. The only two places ever seen there were the entrance to the upper level, the White White Sea and the exit from the White Sea. There´s no mention of any islands or other places where many people live. You could say that the White can be considered the Metro level of the Sky Ocean.

White White Sea
This is the upper one of the two known seas in the Sky Ocean. It is located at a hight of 10.000 meters above the ground. It is directly above the White Sea and connects to it through the Milky Road. The White White Sea is the place where the people of the sky live. The environment seems to allow that. Not only is there far more islands with inhabitants located there but also the sea cloud seem to be much more dense which allows the people to swim in them.

Ocean Floor
So far the info on the Ocean Floor is a bit limited. The evironment as well as the "people" living there has only been mentioned very little and mostly in Hatchan's side adventure. But even then it shows that there is an environment where not only sea creatures but also people, the fishmen are living in.
Since so little is known about the entire properties of the environment down there, as well as if there is borders between the serate Blues or between the Blues and the Grand Line etc. Because of that limited info we're listing the entire Ocean Floor as one place. Be it a location that is below the surface of the Grand Line or one beneath the surface of the Blues. If it gets mentioned within the story that there is clear differences between Grand Line Ocean Floor and East Blue Ocean Floor for instance at some point, then it will surely be mentioned here and the order will change. But until then the entire Ocean Floor remains as one place.
