The Build Up
Just after saving Luffy from being crushed to death, Sanji confronts Kuroobi, an officer of Arlong's crew, who challenges his heroism. The two fight for a while before Sanji is blown out of the park by Kuroobi's Hyakumai Gawara Seiken, a blow supposedly 40th level in Fishman Karate and one that has no major effect on the cook. He steps back into the fray after Zoro's battle, and then foolishly dives into the sea to save Luffy.
The Action
Sanji is quickly slammed with a Fishman Karate move by Kuroobi, but when he attempts to retaliate with a kick the chef-martial artist finds his blow softened by the water's pressure. Kuroobi takes full advantage of the opportunity, bombarding Sanji with an array of kicks, palm thrusts, and heel drops. The final blow shoots Sanji towards the shore, and so he attempts to return there for air; Kuroobi intercepts him.
With his plunging pressured grapple, Kuroobi crushes down Sanji's ribs and bones tightly enough to make a distinct crack. But before he does so, he makes the major mistake of insulting Sanji's chivalry and threatening Nami. The first go-around didn't kill the cook, so the officer of Arlong rises for another; at the top of the bottom, Sanji breathes air into Kuroobi's gills, and splashes to the surface.
Kuroobi rises, threatening Sanji with his ultimate Senmai Gawara Seiken, but is met with a single word: "Collier." Then, Epaule! Cotelette, Selle, Poitrine, and Gigot! The Fishman falls back, beaten and battered, but he readies his Seiken regardless. Sanji finishes the fight with Mouton Shot, which blasts Kuroobi clear through Arlong Park. He stands, asking confidently if Kuroobi wanted any dessert.
The Aftermath
With two of Arlong's top men out of the way, the Saw Shark Fishman steps in himself. But, Sanji and Zoro are no match for him -- even by throwing water he surpasses them in leaps and bounds. So, the two engage in a plan that frees Luffy and, eventually, the entire island of Cocoyashi.
