Franky Family
This is a group of ship dismantlers of Water 7. They are lead by their boss Franky who considers himself the underworld boss of the city.
The Franky Family operates by taking down wanted pirates to earn their bounty. Afterwards, they dismantle the pirate's ships and sell the materials to make even more money. The aim of this strategy is to get 200.000.000 Belly together to achieve a goal that has yet not been revealed. The Franky Families big problem is that they´ve usually spent the money they earn before they can get the 200 million together. That´s why it takes them so long.
However once the Straw Hat Pirates harbored at Water 7, they stole the 200 million from them and beat up Usopp pretty badly. The Strawhtas themselves came down to the base of the Franky Family, the Franky House and beat up everyone there for what they did to Usopp. Since the boss Franky and his assistants the Star Sisters weren´t present at that time, because they were away to finally get what they wanted with the 200 millions, the Strawhats finished of the Frankies pretty easily.
This unfortunate turns of events made the Strawhats and the Franky Family meet as enemies but due to the events that happened in Water 7 because of CP9´s doing, the Strawhats and the Frankies became allies, maybe even friends and together with Galley-La´s remaining main Dock 1 Shipwrights they invade Enies Lobby to take everything back CP9 took away from them.
Though the Frankies are dismantlers they seem to have some skills in construting things. The main members below Franky even planned to become Galley-La shipwrights before they joined him.
