Chiper Pol 9 is the secret agents of the World Government, since they were not suppose to exicnt. Storywise, they been around for a long time. Olny the Baroque Works were the longest antigonist of the series so far because they last from chapter 103 to 217; over 114 chapters. Chiper Pol 9 had only been around for 80+ chapters. This section will only discuss the story behind the CP9 and their activies. We will include other CP agents as we procress in the story. Here are the list of the unit:

In chapter 322, we frist see the CP9 working as undercover. Califa was Iceburg's secetary. Lucchi and Kaku are two of the 5 top shipwights and Blueno was a bartander. They work and live normally and they spent 5 years on their mission to retrive the blueprint to the Pulton. They secretly study Iceburg and Franky.

==20 Years ago== The CP9 has been around for 20 years. This explains how Robin knew the CP9 already due to her expriance with them 20 years ago. 20 years ago, the CP9 were differant then today; this time the CP9 are leaded by Spandain; Spandam's father. We knew the two goon's name that follows Spandain around. Spandain confronted Nico Oliva, the mother of Nico Robin and had her wounded. His agents rounded the Oharan scholers and bombed the tree of knowledge to find the phonegylph. Spandain shot Clover and signelled the Buster Call. Spandain nearly took Oliva with him but fails.
