Quick Summary
At the North Shore, Usopp faces the Black Cat Pirates. He attempts to bribe them with the Straw Hat's money. However, it proves to be useless. Nami shows up in the nick of time and helps Usopp fend off the opposing force. However, their lack of strength eventually results in their downfall. Luffy and Zoro finally comes to the rescue, clearing away an influx of the Black Cats with ease.
