But when Captain Kuro uses his trick, the speed is so great that he doesn't even know who he's attacking, but CP9 has complete control of their move at the same speed. So if there were a competition, CP9 would be overwhelmingly stronger.

1) Use a copy machine at a store (Kinko's, etc) to blow up the picture to A4 size.

2) Carefully cut out the pieces using scissors. Young children should have their parents help with this step.

3) First, fold up and create the ears, nose and brim separately. Then connect them to their respective spots on the main piece, and fold/glue the head together to finish!!
