One Piece Volume 44 : Let's Return

The situation at Enies Lobby comes to a climax, as Luffy continues to fight CP9 member Rob Lucci. Meanwhile, the Buster Call ships continue to head toward the island, as the rest of the Straw Hats (plus Franky) try to find an escape vessel. Sogeking stumbles upon a defeated Luffy; he proceeds to reveal his true identity of Usopp. Luffy musters up the strength to defeat Lucci (in front of about 100 marines, no less). The Going Merry appears to take the Straw Hats to safety. It turns out to be her last trip as she begins falling apart on the way back to Water 7. The crew have a viking-like funeral for the ship, remembering all of the adventures she took them on.
