One Piece Unlimited Adventure is set to be released on January 22, 2008!

Unlimited Adventure can now be preordered at PlayAsia.com. The release date is April 26th. Please remember that there is a region lock on the Wii, and this game will not play on a North American Wii as-is.

A new commercial for Unlimited Adventure was recorded by crossbones and uploaded by EvilGamerX. Even though it's short, it's recommended that you've read up to around chapter 421. (a point that hasn't been reached in the anime yet)
